Invert iPad Colors for Better Reading in the Dark
If you've used an iPad in the dark, you likely found the screen quite bright - even with the brightness turned down. iPad has a setting that can help make the screen a lot less blinding and a bit more readable, too.
Open Settings and then tap General. Next, tap Accessibility. Finally, tap the switch for the "White and Black" setting to turn it ON. The colors on the iPad screen will invert. Black reverses to white and other colors reverse to their color-opposites.
Inverting the colors on an iPad can also help when you're eyes are tired. Reading email or working on a Word document is a bit easier on the eyes when the colors are inverted.

I've been wanting to read in bed for some time but the brightness is just too much contrast to a darkened room, on a lark I decided to do a search and your page came up.. Changing the color opposites make such a world of difference! I will try it out tomorrow in daylight, to give my eyes a bit of a rest! And see if that makes a difference! Thanks :)
